Do you want to learn how to run FASTER? Become more EXPLOSIVE? And how to jump HIGHER than ever before? Then come to McEachern High School Stadium on Tuesday, July 21, 2015, and become a part of the first “Speed Clinic” conducted in the Northern Metro Atlanta area designed specifically for athletes in grades 8 – 12. The clinic will be conducted by Dynamite Sports, Gwen-Loud Johnson an NCAA Track & Field Champion, World Class Sprinter and 5-Time NCAA Olympic Trials Finalist and Coy Wire, 9-year NFL Veteran and CNN Sports Anchor. Each participant will receive “Individualized instruction” to help them improve their speed, flexibility, and explosiveness. This training is for EVERY sport, male AND female. Don’t miss this GREAT opportunity to improve your skills. You must register for the clinic online at www.dynamitesports.com. Below is the timeline for the clinic which includes a powerful “ACADEMIC TALK” conducted by Gwen during lunch that is being provided. We are asking parents to attend the “Recruiting Talk” from 3:30 – 4 p.m. It will give them invaluable information on what they can do to help their athlete get recruited, find the right school and go after athletic scholarships.

Event Times 

Registration: 8:30 – 9 a.m. 

Instruction:  9 – 11:30 a.m. 

Lunch provided: 11:30 – 12:00 p.m. 

ACADEMIC TALK: 11:45 – 12:15 p.m. 

Instruction: 12:15 – 3:30 p.m. 

Snack provided: 3:30 p.m. 

RECRUITING TALK: 3:30 – 4 p.m. (parents invited) 

The cost of the clinic will be $39 and will be limited to 120 participants. In addition to Gwen and Coy, there will be several other track & field coaches.
